How the taximeter counts

It counts kilometres when the car is moving and time when it is stopped or in a queue.

In town the taximeter counts €1.90 per km because the price includes the taxi's empty return trip; if you make a return trip with the same taxi you pay €0.95 per km. Out of town the taximeter counts kilometres only. To or from Treviso airport the minimum fare is €15.
